Spherion took almost 1 year and an email to get a job offer sent to a friend of mine. He was told that it was a long term job. 3 1/2 weeks after starting he was called one Friday evening and told that his assignment was over. When he tried to call back, the phone was never answered. He was never given a reason for his dismissal. The supervisor he had at the job site even told him that he was doing a great job and looked good as a permanent hire in the near future.
Spherion then decides to send an email asking if he wants them to look for him another job. Isn't it obvious that they lie and don't really care about finding employment for their clients?
Beware!!
