Beware if you use this company. They say they are insured and will cover any property damage by movers. But when I contacted them two months ago because they severally damaged several items because they did not use the furniture blankets and moving wrap I provided. They now give all sorts of excuses to get out of covering the damage that they caused and not stand behind their word. Because they were insured and stated to me that they would cover any damage of property is why I hired them. Now They inform me that these movers need to be babysat...wish they would have told me that prior to hiring, not after. I tried to send a bunch of photos and have called several times to get resolution. And they refuse to return my calls or my emails. I finally got someone to answer the phone and she said send photos but conveniently, her email box is full and can not accept any messages. I tred to call her back a number of times to let her know mailbox is full. But guess what, her voice mail is now full too and she wont answer the phone. So there is no way to get ahold of them. As for the damage, they put metal directly on top of wood and used none of the furniture blankets or moving wrap that I provided so all my wood items are damaged...dining table, wood chairs, wood shoe rack, patio table, bookshelves, wood toy organizer, wood stools and more. On top of that They disassembled furniture, then they refused to give me the hardware so I have several items that I can not reassemble. They did not fully disassemble bunk bed and left the metal screws inside the wood rails which came dislodged during transport as I found one screw rolling around the moving truck. But could not find the remaining screws so can not reassemble bunk bed safely as I did not have all the hardware. I can add to this review but at this time I am waiting to see if Speedymen will do the right thing and attempt a resolution and not just ignore my trying to give them the evidence. And them only giving excuses that this kind of severe damage can be caused during unloading. Which obviously, is an excuse not to stand behind their word as it would be very difficult to have this kind of severe damage from unloading. I will update this review. I hope it is a happy ending with them doing the right thing. But it has been two months and I am still waiting. And now they make it impossible to get in touch with them as they are now not answering phone, mailbox is full and voice mailbox is full too. Will update this review next week. If they do the right thing, I will let you know and my review would change to a thumbs up. If they do not do the right thing, I will update the review to let people know that too.
