I love this store, my mom always ask me to take her, but ever since you don't have the fitting room I hardly buy any clothes, because when I get home most of the time doesn't fit me, so I decided not to buy clothes anymore. Thank you\r more

Rude and childish. Manager taunted me with being ""trespassed"" ..... very childishly ... because I tried to defend myself. An item was discounted by an employee and she refused to honor it. She blamed me for the action of one of her staff ....... ???? I was a customer since 1996 but will no longer patronize a store that hires such unprofessional staff !!! more

My mother shops there often. The last time she was there it was awful. She wanted to speak with a manager and a tall young man with glasses was very rude to her and would not LET her speak with the manager. My mother left the store crying. That guy should be ashamed of himself. I guarantee that wouldnt of happened if I were there. You like picking on elderly women do you? You're a jerk! more

Speedway Outlet gives the smallest amount possible to the Veteran's Association - just barely enough to continue representing themselves as associated with their charity. They treat their employees like crap, refusing to allow them to shop in the store in which they work and constantly accusing them of stealing from the store. I will never donate to or shop from this store again! more

There seems to be so many rules posted on the wall that make me feel unwelcome. They took away the dressing rooms and there is no bathroom. They say they donate money to Veterans but they charge tax so they are a for profit store and who knows how much they give to Veterans maybe only a tiny amount. I have found a few bargins more

don't believe the lies! these people who post all the negative things about speedway outlet and its manger are obviously ex-employees who either quit cause they could'nt handle thier position or were fired for good reason no doubt! you are supposed to review the store not attack a single employee! as for the store i have never been to a better thrift store,the staff are friendly and helpful and the prices are beyond fair. management is better than ever,so judge for yourself and give speedway outlet a chance. more

WHAT A RIPOFF! BE VERY CAREFUL OF THE ELECTRONICS. I HAVE SPENT A LOT OF MONEY THERE AND WHEN I NEEDED A DVD PLAYER, THE CLERK SAID THEY TESTED THEM AND THE ONES THAT DON'T WORK GET THE STICKER WITH RED WRITING, THE ONES THAT DO GET GREEN. ONCE HOME AND REALIZING IT DIDN'T WORK I TRIED TO RETURN IT AND THE LONG BLOND CURLY HAIRED MANAGER SAID TOO BAD! more

I enjoy shopping at this particular thrift store the most in Tucson. The clothes are presented well, with great selections and great prices. The staff is friendly and helpful, and I particularly like that part of the proceeds go to a charity like the Veterans of Iraq and Vietnam.....so few businesses give anything to charity at all, or are helpful to others...they get an A Plus from me! The only negative is that their items sell quickly--so I've learned if I see something I like, if I wait, it will be gone! I enjoy ending my day at work by stopping in and browsing at Speedway Outlet. There are great new and like new treasures. The prices have gone sky high in the last few months, but this can be an advantage. If it's over priced, it doesn't sell. I end up buying these items on first and second mark downs and getting great bargains. Pros: Ya never know what you're going to find Cons: Raised prices more

I don't care about radio stations like some reviewers. If they want to have it on a conservative station, good, I like to hear them squirm. Pros: The amount of new stuff every day. Prices are great. Charity it helps is great. Cons: sometimes the customer service is not what it should be more

THIS STORE HAS A COYOTE ON TOP. NEXT TO WALGREENS AND MC DONALD'S. AMPLE PARKING. I am a thrift store guru, and frequent them every time I travel. I have never been to a more fascinating, exciting, and beyond reasonably priced thrift store - anywhere! SPEEDWAY OUTLET adds hundreds of thousands of things to their store every day, and not only can you find bargains and brand names and antiques and collectibles, but these things are also marked down to half price every week!!!! There is no need for special sales because every day things are not only priced low to start with, but they are marked down sometimes over 75%. I suggest if you see something that you like, buy it then, because it wont be there later. They do not allow returns, or bargaining on the prices because honestly every item is a bargain to start with. The store is clean and bright, and it is fantastic for every day clothes - Gap, Eddie Bauer, Guess, Calvin Klein, Gucci, Armani and other brand name items that would cost over 25 times (YES LITERALLY!) that cost at the mall can often be found with the original tag still on it at Speedway Outlet. It is like the best of the swap meet or any garage sale. Since I found Speedway Outlet, I stopped going to garage sales all together. Better bargains can be found in this one building than anywhere else in the U.S. that I have shopped at. Pros: tons of new stuff in better condition than other Thrift Stores added daily. Dog friendly! Cons: If you don't buy it on the spot, it wont be there later and they will not hold things for you more
