I own an '02 Mustang GT. As my first choosen shop being back in NYC from the military in California i wanted to get an Off Road H-pipe put on my car. I ordered the part which went for about $80 more from most websites there. Without catalytic converters most vehicles need a special sensor. There, they told me no its fine but any entry level mechanic knows that taking off converters, the cars computer will set off your check engine light. The customer serv. rep tells me"" oh its not gonna go off"". He seemed not to know anything about this or the mechanical aspect of my car once the part was ordered. I am out the door right now to go an get my part but not to have such an inexperienced organization put it on. Thanx but no thanx Pros: Not bad on the outside Cons: Not the same inside more

There is no customer service after you bought an item. They simply don't want to deal with you. Every1 claims to be a manager when you ask for one, if you have a problem with the product they sold. Cons: over priced more
