My big sister reccomended this place to me and I'm glad she did! She set me up with Katrina and the girl works wonders! My service was completey laid back and I felt like I belonged there. Also I have a really bright birthmark between my eyebrows that goes down to my nose and she helped me find something that perfectly covers it up for the first time in life ever! They have some amazing products and people that are willing to help you find exactly what you need and are totally chill! I now live in snooty Southern Calfornia and I have yet to find customer service that even comes close! Pros: Katrina does the best eyebrows! Cons: Not in So Cal :( more

It was my first time there and my last time there!!! Not friendly, rude, disrespectful, sarcastic, not clean, not sanitary and all together a horrible experience. The people there were very big-headed and made me feel like they were better than me. I will never give them any of my business again.... Pros: none! Cons: everything more

I am new to the area and had heard of Spectrum from a few people. Recently, I decided to try them out. I thought the salon was aesthetically pleasing. The service was adequate. They had many high end products and services to choose from and my stylist was friendly. The service I'd gotten was color and a hair cut. I was not terribly pleased with the outcome of either one but, it was not terrible enough to make a fuss. I suppose my biggest turn off was the large amount of money I paid for mediocre services. The final product was not up to par with the hefty price. If anyone reading this plans on trying this place for the first time my suggestion would be to know exactly who is cutting your hair and how much they charge. Pros: They have high end products. Cons: Their prices are super inflated. more

I live in Beverly Hills and came to Fresno to visit my sister. She convinced me to try The Spectrum. I hesitated at first because I'm very particular when it come to my hair but she assured me that they were the best in town. I will have to say, my hair cut and style was excellent and a great value compared to the $100 plus price I pay in Bevery Hills. I will definately be back next time around. more

I have always had my services done at Resorts and Spas in other city. I have to say that my experience at The Spectrum was excellent. It was a much better value then what I normally spent in the bigger cities. The one thing that impressed me the most was how knowledgeable the staff was. I will definately be back. Nothing really fancy about this place. Customer service is medicore, value for your dollar could likely be spent better elsewhere. For me, customer service and wanting to feel pampered is paramount, and frankly I don't feel I got that here. more

so this is kind of a snotty salon. staff isn't friendly. totally unapproachable. the people who go there are kind of annyoing too. wouldn't go again. more
