Had a good customer service experience with Bright House Networks. We couldn't get online and they were able to send a technician out the same day. He was very polite and fixed the issue. more

So-So 9/11/2005

Brighthouse Network is our only choice for cable internet on the beach. While I do enjoy the speed of Cable Internet, the service is not reliable. In a light wind (which happens often), our signal goes out and we are without internet for several hours. I also do not like that wireless networking must be done through the company...and must be installed, at a high price, by their technicians. The monthly fee goes up by $14.95 a month! You cannot buy a router and do it yourself. more

Bright House tv Cable company is over priced, and the cable signal goes out in a moderate breeze or damp mist. They pressure and nag you to move up to HD or cable modem internet, when all you want is to turn on the tv and see a clear picture. more
