I called 4 times to cancel a claim that I had made for eyewear because after I purchased the glasses I was told that Spectera will take as long as up to a month before I get them back. I think that is absolutley absurd and ridiculous. When I called I spoke to three different agents that told me three different stories and lo and behold when I asked for a supervisore I was told that none was available after being on hold for 5-10 minutes. I asked for a refund so that I can go and get my glasses somewhere else and was told that they do not refund money back and that I was basically out of luck. The first agent ""Mike"" told me that they did not even have to process my claim for eyewear if they did not want to and the fact that I was upset it could take me another week before it was put thru the system. Ha! Before that happens I will see you in court. I already reported them to the as a start. Next step will be an attorney
