I will never shop anywhere else. Specs appeal has great service and the best selection. Love love love how they are able to pick frames out for you, frames that are most flattering for your face and style more

This was bar none the best eye glasses experience I have had. It is clear as soon as you walk in the door that this is not going to be your average optical shop. The people that work there are clearly having fun at their job and they are good at it. The Optometrist told me more about what was going on with my eyes than any previous doctor and offered excellent advice on ways to protect my eyes. When I came out of the exam room I was greeted by an enthusiastic staff that had already picked a selection of frames that were perfect for my look, facial structure and coloring. All of it was being quietly observed by the adorable and demure Boxer who is the star of their ad campaign. The bottom line, you are going to pay a little more since they specialize in a higher end product that you are not likely see on anyone else. You will also be surrounded by laid back, fun people who are really amazing at what they do. more

Only Get My Glasses Here 12/4/2009

This place has a great selection of frames - and even better, people who can help you select the right ones for your face (great for people like me who can't really see there own face without their glasses...making this process pretty tough!). Once I can see, I have always loved the frames! Pros: Good prices on great frames more

I would absolutely recommend this place to my friends and family. Their glasses are AWESOME (wearable art, I think!), their prices are better than I found anywhere else for new lenses (I have a very strong prescription), and they were very helpful in getting my prescription from another eye doctor. They are really no-nonsense about everything and don't have any hidden fees. I think they're great! Their glasses are a little on the pricey side, but if you are looking for some unique glasses that everyone else won't have, this is the place to get them. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF FROM FRUSTRATION AND SAVE YOUR TIME & MONEY!!! GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE!!! Everything about this place was unsatisfactory. Pros: I honestly can't think of a pro. Cons: Bad service. Not sanitary. Disorganized. more
