Terrible experience. I ordered two metal-halide bulbs and sent them a spec sheet by email to make absolutely sure that we'd get the right ones. They ordered them and the owner, Derek Hude, informed me that they were ready for pick-up. \r

I spent one hour in traffic to get to the place, only to find that they had ordered the wrong bulbs. Not only didn't they apologize but tried to blame it first on me and then on the manufacturer/distributor (""we ordered the right ones but they sent us the wrong ones""). They then promised to send us the bulbs at no additional charge. I was OK with that and paid. \r

The next day I get a call from them telling me that the bulbs wouldn't be $29.90 each as quoted (and paid) but more than $50 each and if I was OK with the additional charge. Again, no apology and the attempt to blame the mistake on me. I declined and opted for a refund instead. The guy who called, Bisser, was rather rude and told me that his time was too valuable to argue with me. Looks like their time is more valuable than their customer's time...\r
