I ordered a bridesmaid dress from De La Rosa's Bridal in Folsom, CA and when it came back totally wrong, I scrambled to find a place to help me. I called Special Occasions in Odessa, MO because the other bridesmaids in the wedding (in KC, MO) had gotten the dress there and they had a wonderful experience. When I called, Vicki was very understanding of my situation and was on the phone immediately trying to find the dress for me. She was prompt in returning my calls, was very personable, and very nice. Unfortunately, it didn't turn out that they could order the correct dress, but she and the other women in the store remembered that they had a picture of a bridal party that the bridesmaids were wearing the exact same dresses. Although they had rid of the information on the bride b/c the wedding was more than 1.5 years ago. They ended up finding the bride and giving her my phone number. Now, I can't imagine what I would've done if they hadn't have gone to such great lengths to help me. I truly appreciate these women and the way they run their store. In the end, with a few alterations, I will have to right dress. I highly recommend this store for your bridal needs! Thank you sooooo much, Vicki and Special Occasions!
