Great purchase experience \r When it came time to purchase a used car for myself I was very lost. My wife and I have been looking for a new car, on and off for over 6 months. We checked almost every site on the internet. When we called it either had been sold or when we went to see the car it was drastically different than the pictures. Ive been driving an ML mercedes for 4 years and wanted to purchase a newer luxury SUV to transport my real estate clients. Our neighbor mentioned Spanos to us over a dinner party. We pulled them up and saw many interesting SUV's and great prices. I called on one but it sold the day before but the salesperson John admitted the cars there sell very quick and he asked me what we were looking for and when we get something in he would call me. Three days later John called my and said the just recieved a 2008 ML350 with all the options I wanted at a great price (too good to be true). He held the car for us and when we went in the next day and there she was just like he said and not sold). There operation is very impressive, they service all there cars in house and no pushy sales tactics. If you are looking for a car, want luxury, performance and a dealer who stands behind it all, I strongly encourage you to look at Spanos Motors. John was extremely knowledgeable, quick to listen and very motivated to please. Truly one of the best dealer experiences I've ever had. more

We purchased a Mercedes GLK form Spanos. We were very impressed with how easy the whole process was. We financed there at a better rate then my Credit Union at work. The GLK we purchased was about $4500 less then the local Mercedes dealer and with the exact options my wife wanted. Spanos came highly recommended by our neighbors and now I see why. Just purchased my third car from Spanos Motors. Its rare when you find a combination of service, attention to detail and outstanding products. They really get that the cars they sell and the customers they touch require outstanding service and they deliver on thier promises.Steve my sales rep is AMAZING! I took my Rav 4 to Spanos to have the hood refinished. The paint was chipping and was starting to rust really badly. They took it in and made it look brand new again. It looks just like the day I bought it- I'm so impressed. I don't feel like I'm driving around a junky old car anymore. We purchased an older model Mercedes from Spanos in January of 2013. While we have no complaint with the car we do have major complaints with the business practices at this company.\r When we were considering purchasing this car, we allowed Spanos to put $1,000 on a credit card as a good faith deposit. We did go back and finalize the deal later that day and took possession of the car the following week after returning from a business trip out of town.\r We had a VW CC that Spanos agreed to take on consignment to sell. The CC sold within 5 days and we were assured that a check for the payoff on this vehicle would be over nighted to the lender.\r Three weeks later we took the precaution of checking with the lender to make sure the payoff had been credited. It turned out that Spanos had not even sent the payoff check. Had we not followed up with the lender we would not have discovered this until the next payment was due (and not received). A call to Spanos revealed that the paperwork had been misplaced and the payoff check not sent. Spanos did finally send the payoff check to the lender and we assumed all was well.\r Then, in the middle of February, we received an email that the $1,000 credit card deposit that we put down was not processed and Spanos was demanding we bring $1,000 in.\r After looking online at our credit card charges, we found that Spanos had indeed placed a $1,000 charge to the credit card.\r Buyer beware, I would caution anyone dealing with this company to not take them at their word and to verify everything you are told. more

Drove from a far distance to deal with this dealership and this whole process took three long days as they kept putting other customer ahead of me. Everything at first was great, the final day when it came down to do the paperwork they told me an approval was ready and gave me details as to how much my payment would be and what the required down payment was on two cars i selected. I just had to now pick the car. Finance manager told me he had sent my loan in with both cars. I asked on the car that would give me better monthly payment if I could take down to a local Mercedes Service Tech to have it checked out. Elite Servicing down the street, specialize in Mercedes. Salesmen said no problem, but then I watched the owner, sales manager and salesmen all huddle together in closed door office only to be told that the bank had raised the rates and fees on all my deals all of a sudden. I suspected something fishy so I played along and said ok, well whats new payment........salesmen sheepishly looked down and motioned for me to walk outside and talk. Said deal was off, that it was my credit. I asked about what new payment was as I had been approved with other banks....he just mumbled, deals off. Everything was fine, they were ready to swipe my credit card for the deposit until I asked if it was ok to have the car looked at and then the friendliness died in a second. Stay away from this dealer, something is up with their cars, easy to see where they have painted over parts of the car. BTW went to a Fields BMW on my way home and was approved in less than an hour and picked out a new car to purchase......guess it wasnt my credit!!!! more

Cars are pretty but have many problems. Once you sign on that dotted line your on your own. Even if they have agreed to fix certain items at the time of sale Spanos will not stand up to their word. Owners of Spanos hide, will not meet with you to figure out solutions. Employees have no power to resolve issues. Your on your own!!! more

We made the terrible mistake of doing buisness with this company. We should have rtesearched their reputation online before we spent $26k cash on a car riddled with mechanical problems. After 6 visits and nearly $3k in the first 90 days we understand the lack ot integrity of the organization. They will not live up to the commitments they make nor will the extended warranty they sell. more

Perfectly maintained BMW 328I, 2008 with premium package. 3 weeks ago I purchased my first car from Spanos Motors, customer service was very friendly. The Car was absolutely amazing, no scrathes, all maintenance was done on time. KBB's suggested price was set at $20150 for this car, i bought it for $17250. From now on, I'd highly recommend Spanos Motors to anyone looking for their next affordable luxury automobile! more

We came in for a Passat and left with a Lexus & a Passat!! Our 16 year old daughter was hunting a Passat on the internet for weeks and came upon Spanos. Great prices and very nice cars. We came in last Saturday and I also purchased a Lexus for my wife. We are very happy, we purchased 2 cars for less than the price of one new!! Thanks Alex you were great to work with.
