I used to love this place. But they've become so busy you can never get in! Not to mention haircuts are 50$ before tip! Staff is snotty and fake, gossipy. I'm always really uncomf...

Did a full 1/2 some services were better than others. Definately not the best salon on the north shore, for a half day id rate it as O.K. but if you live close it may be worth checking it out. Agree with another poster I found the employee;s a bit catty, defanitley some gossip going on. more

Not impressed! 11/20/2010

I went to Spa Nijoli for my first time. Immediate impression walking in I found nothing but loud chaos! My service was not relaxing and found it to be quite claustiphobic. I was practically sitting on the client next to me and barely no elbow room. The front desk was total gossip as i was checking out. I will not return. more

Remarkable! 8/23/2010

All in all spa nijoli is a great place. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The level of service is unsurpassable. The girls at the desk know me by name and always greet me when I walk in, they even know my voice on the phone! Remarkable staff, beautiful space, great services for a great price. more

Gossip queens 5/24/2010

Though it was clean, peaceful, and the services I have had were very good... the reception area is another story. I've been there 3 times now with gift certificates and each time the girls at the front desk are talking to you with their mouths full or gossiping to other receptionists. The manager gossips with them too. They huddle and whisper about other coworkers or clients, sometimes right after the girl walks away!! I always feel uncomfortable checking in or out, but beyond that, it is very nice. more
