Nicole provided one of the best massages I've ever had!

Worst

Overall my "ULTIMATE FACIAL" was as good as one at ULTA Cosmetics. I would have liked a lot more exfoliation and the featherlike massage on face did not feel how I had expected it...

Great facialist, terrible receptionists 9/18/2011

Mona is amazing! I get the most relaxing experiences and best facials with her. Unfortunately the first and last people you see at the spa are the front desk admins. For the past few appointments, there were some snooty, uninterested girls working the desk. Barely greeted or said bye to me. When one of the girls overcharged me, she acted like it was my fault that she ran my credit card for the wrong amount. It ruins an otherwise wonderful experience every time. more

I just love Wendy, she's the best! Patient, professional and never ever makes me feel rushed or that she wants to just get me in and out like others So many times do, not a routine for her she cares! more

Always a great experience 9/12/2011

I was referred to Spa Gregories about 18 months ago by a friend, and it has been my spa of choice ever since. Consistently excellent service, friendly staff and great massage therapists. I frequently refer others because I haven't been anywhere else in Newport that feels comforting and upscale, without feel pretentious or unwelcoming. Love it! more

I went in for a brazilian wax and for some reason the front desk didnt inform me that the prices vary between waxers. When i was paying they charged me $75 dollars when usually i paid $55 the best thing they did for me was give me $5 Dollars off i was very very disappointed and wish there front desk was more knowledgeable and had better attitudes... more

Great place for a bridal shower party! 9/7/2011

Our group of girls had a great time taking our bride to get pampered for her bridal shower party at Spa Gregories. The manager was very accomodating. I recommed requesting Ivan as your masseuse! I gave it 4 stars because the sauna was out of service the day we were there :( more

I always love my facials there, but when i tried the spray tan it was uneven and areas were missed, i came back to get it fixed, but it was still not done very well. more
