Nicole provided one of the best massages I've ever had!

Worst

Overall my "ULTIMATE FACIAL" was as good as one at ULTA Cosmetics. I would have liked a lot more exfoliation and the featherlike massage on face did not feel how I had expected it...

Great waxing for very sensitive skin 11/22/2011

Augustina is the only aesthetician I've been to who has waxed my brows and upper lip and they didn't stay red for days. She is very specific with where she places the wax and somehow she removes it and it only irritates my skin for maybe 20 minutes. I would highly recommend her not only for her excellent skills as an aestheticians but her genuine and pleasant personality. It is obvious she loves what she does and cares about people deeper than surface level. more

Amazing massage 11/21/2011

I had an incredible massage by Naima. She spent time on the areas that she could tell were sore and applied the perfect amount of pressure. The only sad part was when she told me it was over! more

Incredible 11/18/2011

My experience was incredible. I received the full treatment, I think everything they had to offer, even lunch! I was so relaxed by my third treatment I thought I'd have to be driven home. Everyone was professional and I was treated like a queen. I highly recommend Spa Gegorie. It was a day to remember. Thank you everyone for the wonderful experience. more

Beautiful Place, But a Bit Too Small 11/14/2011

Love this place - the staff is great and the service is exceptional. The only problem is that the changing area is so small and not private at all. You're sort of tripping over people trying to dress and get to your locker. Other than that, it's a wonderful place and I recommend it. I had one of the best massaegs I've ever had by Tammi. Enjoy! more

Excellent facial 11/14/2011

I've never had a bad facial here. They do such a wonderful job, and I really appreciate all of the skin care recommendations. Also, when I come for my monthly facials, the receptionist Anna always makes me feel at home. She has a lovely personality. I highly recommend Spa Gregories. more

New Outlook 11/12/2011

I want to say that I was not handeling my stress very well I was lashing out at people and just not able to see myself in the mirror. I scheduled an appointment last minute on a Saturday night. I took time to enjoy the steam room and just relax. My massage therapist read me like a book I normally do not talk during a service but this time she let me vent.It is exactly a week later and I still feel great. Take the time for you. more

Great massage; disappointed in front desk service/attitude 11/9/2011

I love the pampered feeling I get when I go to Spa Gregories! Make sure to go early to enjoy all the extra's that are offered including the quiet room & steam room. However, it seems that it doesn't matter what you were told over the phone as to how much your scheduled service costs because when you get to the front desk & are told an inflated price & try to explain that you were quoted a different price just 2 hours prior when you scheduled the appointment they don't want to hear anything & just keep repeating the higher price until you pay it. They are definitely lacking on customer satisfaction from the front desk area. more

a long, relaxing facial made my skin very happy. Johnette is wonderful - informs you of what she's doing, suggests skincare regimen improvements, and lets you enjoy the pampering. the arm, leg and head massages included in the facial are lovely. will definitely do this again! more

I like Spa Gregorie because it is small and they give pretty good service. It is close to my home too. However, I had my brows waxed and was surprised that their already high prices had increased! Too bad. more

Best Facial I have ever had 11/4/2011

I have been going to Spa Gregories Newport Beach for 7 years now and I do love the place. I have never had a bad service or experience yet here. I have been going to Wendy Charles for facials for almost as long and I always get a wonderful facial. She is the best aesthetician i have ever had. I highly recommend Wendy and Spa Gregories Newport Beach! more

Great 1st Time Waxing Experience! 11/4/2011

Per a recommendation from a friend, I went to SG to see Nicole for my first time leg/bikini wax experience. Nicole made me feel extremely comfortable in at an awkward situation and was very thorough. I will definitely be going back to her and recommending her services to my friends. more
