This is definitely a ""no-customer service"" company. Beware, and DO NOT sign a contract with them! They are so intent on getting new customers that they ignore their current members, and don't care if they are unhappy or not. They figure they have you on contract, which basically says you have to die to get out of it. It doesn't matter if they hold up their end of the bargain or not; you are required to keep paying and paying, and they don't respond to calls or letters of complaint. After contacting this company by phone and being ignored, I never imagined that a letter to the management would go unanswered. When 2, 3, and eventually 4 went unanswered, I was really at my wit's end. How do these places that have zero customer service stay in business? The only reason I can come up with is that they keep luring in new customers, and then they play hardball is you aren't satisfied, holding you to your 3 year contract. DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT WITH THIS COMPANY!
