I understand things go wrong, appointments run late, or even an employee doesn't show up for an appointment. But the least you can do is offer something besides a sorry. I didn't even get offered a cup of coffee, or a glass of water, like most salons do when you are waiting for an appointment. I live 30 minutes away, so I wasted an hour driving, and half an hour just sitting there waiting for the massage therapist to show up. I eventually had to leave because I had to go to work. So in total I wasted and hour and a half of my time and I didn't even get a massage. I had a living social deal and I had to ask for a refund back because I refuse to go back to this salon. I buy these deals on living social to check out new places, and when I really enjoy it, I definitely go back. This is one place I will definitely not go back to.
