I drive over 30 minutes from my home in Oberlin to the Spa Connection in Berea--that alone should serve as testament to the high quality of services offered by the salon in every area. The management and stylists are all exceedingly friendly and intent on making my visit as comfortable and pleasurable as possible--from the warm welcome when I enter the salon (and delicious treats on Saturdays!! Yay!) to the amazing and stress relieving head massage during shampooing. Hat's off to my stylist (Paul aka Jake!!!) and the other staff members for doing a superb job and being a model of professionalism, efficiency, and integrity! I also can't wait to see how the renovations turn out--further proof of management's commitment to the comfort of not only its customers, but of its staff, as well.
