Lauren is the best. She always makes me feel that I deserve to feel good about myself and she provides a wonderful relaxing service. She has taken the time to know me as a client and she reflects a wonderful sense of humor when I am feelingn playful and is quiet and gentle when I want to meditate. more

It was the quickest hair cut I have ever received. I was in and out in 15 minutes. Everything looks fine so I guess all is good. more

As always, I had a great cut from my stylist. The only improvement would be from the front desk. A friend asked me to pick up their order. I gave his name to the lady at the front desk and told her I needed to pick up an order and she asked me what it was for. I had no idea but said I thought it was for hair spray. Instead of looking up the order, she gave me Control Force which was not the order that was already bought and paid for so now I have to make another trip to return it. more

I have been to Spa Bleu West Dundee three times so far since moving to the area, and each time I look forward to my next visit. The staff is very professional and friendly for the most part. I was taken aback by the fact that I was given a quick massage prior to my haircut. I've never had that before. The atmosphere is quite inviting and relaxing as well. more

Jinele Fracasso, is wonderful. She always makes me look great. Friendly and talented. I am so lucky I found her. everyone there is very friendly the girl that dose my waxing is very nice, makes me feel comfortable. I have never had to wait and Jinele is always on time for her clients. This place was incredible. From the moment I walked into the door I was greeted with nothing but smiling faces. Immediatly greeted with cucumber water I was walked back into the spa where it was like I was in a different world. My massage was perfect. I also had a pedicure and they have the best chairs I have ever sat in. Extremely high tech, comfortable and gorgeous. Very knowledgable with products and incredible customer service. The downtown loft vibe to the spa made my visit surreal. I ended my day there with an phenominal hair cut. I definitely plan on returning. Ill recommend this place to anyone! If you want a remarkable, flawless spa experience visit Spa Bleu. Pros: amazing customer service, relaxing services, incredible atmosphere Cons: parking in the rear because parking lot was filled to the max! Good sign though! more
