My husband bough me a gift certificate to spa Allure knowing it was my favorite place to get my hair colored and cut. Danielle is very sweet. Danielle personally called me to let me know that they were going to close the spa and to see if I wanted to make an appt before that happened. Most companies wouldn't have cared to call but she did. I think that was extremely conciderate because she definatly didn't have to do that! After reading the last review I felt it was necessary share my experience. more

No surprise this place went out of business 7/23/2009

I go to spas to receive acceptional service and high end products. I had to call 3-4 times before having the nerve to leave a message because NO ONE will answer the phone. I still have unredeemed gift card funds which unfortunately I can no longer use because this place went out of business. A friend of mine received a card in the mail addressing where her new business would be taking place. Magically, I did not receive a card from the owner, likely because she knows exactly who has outstanding gift cards!! For the rest of you that have been left high and dry, I understand the owner works at Razz About Hair and it's in Hillsboro. Pros: Beautiful spa Cons: No business ethics more

B E S T Pedicure E V E R 3/30/2009

I have been here several times, mostly for pedicures, once for a facial. The last pedicure I was in for was with Talia - Oh my goodness!! This girl is so absolutely fantastic!! I want to pick her up & put her in my pocket to keep with me everywhere! She did such a great pedicure, and seriously... she has the best personality EVER! Reagan was fantastic also - she popped in to help a bit too when her appt was horribly late :) Reagan was also the one that did my facial - or my pedicure last time, I don't really remember... I have never been here to get my hair done, but let me tell you... that WILL change! This place is great - no pressure, beautiful setting... If you have not already been here - check it out!! Excellent experience 4/29/2008

I got in for spa week and my manicure pedicure was fantastic. What a value for spa week. My technician was very personable and I love the pedicure area. I'll go back just for that. My husband also got a massage there and he is a massage therapist. He had only good things to say about his experience as well. We went in with little to no expectations and we were both pretty blown away by what we found. Pros: Great inside area, and good people Cons: crazy traffic to get there certain times of day. more

Great service, very educated 3/14/2008

I had a wonderful time at Spa Allure. I recieved a microdermabrasion and facial, it was wonderful. I was especially happy with the bill! My facialist was very knowledgable on the service and my skin and gave me great tips to use at home without pressure to buy a bunch of services or products. I also liked the space, it was very beautiful. Pros: very beautiful, educated staff, no sales pressure, relaxing more

I loved my valentines package!! 3/5/2008

I just read the bad review below about a valentines package and I felt I should put in my feedback too. I LOVED IT! It was a great deal- a 30 minute pedicure, 30 minute facial, and 30 minute massage for only $99. Their pedicures are more 'spa' like, big soaking bowls and marbles. The facial and massage was so relaxing, you should check this place out for sure and ingnore false comments like a 20 minute facial for $80 that doesn't exist. Pros: Friendly Staff, excellent service, great prices Cons: none more

AVOID HOLIDAY SPA PACKAGES 3/5/2008

Beware men I tried to do something nice for my wife and daughter for Valentines Day. I purchased a facial and pedicure package from Spa Allure . When my wife and daughter got home all I heard was how bad they were treated. Hardly any colors to choose from, the bowl that they soaked their feet in wasnt heated and got cold very fast .The facial I paid $80.00 lasted less then 20 min. I need a job that I can make $4.00 a minute. STAY AWAY FROM SPA ALLURE HOLIDAY PACKAGES Pros: nice building Cons: poor service way over priced more

Best Spa around town 2/17/2008

I love this Spa and Salon! Everytime I go it makes me totally relax and it's nice to have some time for myself. I have gotten several services here and every time I love it. I have been going to the Spa for a while now and would recommend it to everyone. I like to go for facials and pedicures mostly but every month they change their monthly specials so I try to get in on those too cause they are always great deals. Pros: good parking, friendly staff more

I was so happily surprised when I visited Spa Allure after recieving a gift card from my family. The spa is so beautiful and clean and the staff is very professional and made me feel very comfortable. I had a day package and one service after another I was more and more impressed. more

Relaxing services with friendly staff = a great place to go! 3/27/2007

I went to Spa Allure after driving by. I got a massage, facial, and pedicure. I would say it was the best experience that I have had going to a Spa. I usually think that nice salons and spas are full of snooty people, but I couldn't have been more wrong. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The services were great and the staff was very helpful with questions I had about skincare. It is a calm and relaxing spa, I loved it. more

Excellent staff, relaxing, & affordable! 3/14/2007

I was referred by my friend to see Danielle for my hair. I am always alittle nervous trying someone new, but she made me feel very comfortable & we talked a lot about what I wanted before she got started. I love my new hair cut & color! She did a great job. My friend told me that it was a nice place but it was so beautiful & relaxing. I was very pleased. I'm also excited to find a place that I can do everything at, instead of driving all over town for different services. Pros: services, staff, & atmosphere- All excellent! more

I have been going to Spa Allure for a long time now & I am just so pleased every time. Danielle is my hairstylist, she is so much fun & always does exactly what I want. If you bring a picture-she can do it. I have also had other services such as facials and pedicures and it is nice to relax and not feel any sales pressure and they have great prices too. I got a gift certificate for Christmas, which turned out the be the BEST gift ever. I got a Pedicure & Facial and it was so nice and relaxing. The staff is so friendly and the services were excellent. I've been to a few other spas and salons in the area, but this is the best. It's upscale without the snobs or high prices. I would highly recommend Spa Allure for any beauty needs. I have my hair done there on a regular basis and have also had a Pedicure that was wonderful. And I am going to have a massage and manicure soon. The staff works together to make your time there a pleasurable one and I always leave there feeling great. They also sell the best skin care, hair and beauty products. Great gift ideas too. I would recommend Spa Allure to men and women it is a wonderful experience. Don't know about her, but our wedding services were GREAT! 12/6/2006

A friend recommended me to the spa, I took my wedding party and we recieved hair, nail, and make up services. The staff is awesome and very professional. When I booked by appointments they made sure everything was scheduled just the way we wanted and the receptionist was very helpful. The owner was also so nice, she ordered us take out while we had our pedicures. I wouldn't listen to anything negative about this place..they are the best! Almost ruined my wedding day! 12/3/2006

I made the appointment for my hair and makeup to be done months ahead of time. I told them what time I needed to be done and they scheduled me for 9 am. They assured me that it would be plenty of time. When I got there, they were not ready. The pedicure I got was fine, but when it came time for my next treatment, they had to figure out who was going to do my hair. Someone finally stepped up and did my hair, but the woman who was to do my makeup took a manicure in the mean time. She was not done when it was time for my make up. At this point I had 10 minutes to be at my house and ready to go to the ceremony. I ended up having to do my own make up at home. I was VERY displeased with the lack of professionalism. Best place ever! Staff & services are wonderful! 11/9/2006

I kept driving by the spa, and finally made an appointment. I had a full spa package for the day. It was so relaxing and comfortable. I really enjoyed the Pedicure, they use great products and my feet looked great. It was also very CLEAN. I would recommend this Spa to anyone! I just wish I would have gone in sooner. I had such a great time that I'm giving a package to a few friends for christmas. The staff and owner are so friendly and professional. Aviod at all costs.... 8/22/2006

I definately do not recommend these people. I went in to get a basic Pedicure asuming that they would at least clen under my toe nails. I went in for my wedding. I went with my Maid of honor and best friend. I had my feet done at 5:30 and by 10:00 that night the white part of my french tip pedicure had come off. They didn't even do a top coat on my nails. They rushed through everything. I spent $120.00 on the three of us and two of us had to be re-done. They weren't very nice when i called to complain and didn't really do anything about. Needless to say i got them re-done and they turned out great, but this was something i didn't want to stress over a day before my wedding. If you want an aweful pedicure go but otherwise i recommend another place. If you have been here let me know what you think. I think that they are good at other things but definately not feet. A Acryllic nail place is much better. Pros: worst people i ever met Cons: nice location more

A sophisticated, relaxing environment 7/14/2006

I went here for a bikini wax and pedicure to try it out. The atmosphere is light, airy and sophisticated with great ventilation. It doesn't carry the weight of being part of a strip-mall or gym environment like its local competition either. Great service on both the bikini and pedicure and the staff exuded professionism all the way. Thanks for creating a haven here in Hillsboro! Pros: Service and environment Cons: none more
