The staff are robotic ,getting an appointment is great but leavin satisfied is something else. If you have lots of time to spare and don't mind pain this is the place to go. The docs have a great sence of humor and a lust for greater financial stability for themselves,and making the hospital financially secure isn't that great!! Dr. Chris Lawley is one of the most compassionate and understanding physicians I've had in years. He has been my urologist since 1995 and he NEVER fails to show empathy, understanding and genuine care and concern for my needs. I highly recommend him. He continues to work diligently to find a cure or solution to my chronic kidney stones. Pros: Maineville office staff are EXCELLENT Cons: Wilmington office staff needs to be more friendly more
