Southwest Dental Group offers poor unprofessional service. i was scheduled for oral surgery today, and when I arrived they told me that they did not have the drug for general anesthesia, which is what I was told during my consultation that I'd be using. It is beyond unprofessional to inform a patient the morning of their surgery that they are out of the drug and their only option is numbing shots. They should be prepared for that, and they were not. RIDICULOUS! The staff showed no courtesy.
