Completely poor service. I was late 6/8/2012

Completely poor service. I was late for an appointment last week by approx. 30 minutes and was told I missed my appointment and would have to pay a fine for missing. I decided to wait for an opening since I only had two people in front of me. Well after 40 minutes I decided to leave and reschedule. I rescheduled for the following week and showed up at my exact appointment time. Well this time I was told my wait would be well over 40 minutes and can reschedule if that was a problem. First I'm getting charged for showing up late, which was my fault and I don't deny that. I show up on time the next time and am told too bad and wait. Don't schedule everyone at once and expect the patients to wait since you're the Doctor that can make up the rules. Should we fine you for making us wait...never going again. more

    As patients present themselves in the office with injuries, we are able to mobilize them almost immediately. We provide casting, custom splinting and durable medical equipment, allowing the healing process to start soon after the patient visit.

    We offer a complete range of acquisition techniques including most all joint imaging (shoulder, elbow, wrist, fingers, knees, ankles and feet). Advances in hip and knee replacements have come a long way. Although we are not committed to one joint replacement product or vendor, we utilize the most effective replacement product to suit each patient individually.
