Great Shop 4/17/2006

I was tattooed here by Veronica Ray somewhere around february of 06. I got a sun in the middle of my back in full color. Veronica did a great job and made the pain seem a little less prominent while we B.S'ed about whatever. Great place to go for ink. ATL more

Best Shop in Pittsburgh 9/23/2004

This shop is hands down the best tattoo shop in Pittsburgh. You will not encounter a more friendly, helpful, and skillful staff anywhere. The available designs are vast and astounding and they make it easy for you to find what you are looking for or will custom design a piece for you. The pricing is an incredible deal for a piece of art that will last a lifetime. The atmosphere of the shop is by far the most comfortable of any shop and there are five artists; leaving a minimal wait time. There is also a piercer always available and the body jewelry prices can't be beat. They are open 7 days per week with the most convenient hours around.   • South Side Tattoo and Body Piercing opened its doors on February 3rd, 1997. It has been known as the premier tattoo shop in Pittsburgh, voted #1 year after year. From the moment you walk in, you notice a clean environment and an extremely knowledgeable staff that is both friendly and professional. All 3 tattoo artists are well rounded and can provide anything from a small tattoo to a large custom piece of body art. In addition, our 2 body piercers can perform a wide range of piercings, from ear lobes to dermal anchors. We offer great hours being open 7 days a week and walk-ins are always welcome. If you would like to make an appointment, you can call if you have been tattooed here before. If you haven’t been here, stop down with your artwork and a $50.00 deposit will be required.
