I bought a very reliable Mercury Villager at a fair price at this dealership. I felt the service was friendly and I didn't feel pressured at any time. We at Southside Auto Mart have been in business for 25+ years. We are a family owned business, and we sell 500+ cars a year. In that time frame we have had two bad reviews, do the math. You can satisfy 99% of the people, but there is always that 1% that will never be happy. Christina V is that 1%. We did $900 in repairs that she never even had covered in her warranty. We did everything we could to rectify the situation. At Southside Auto Mart, you are always dealing with one of the owners that are part of the family. We treat our customers as part of the family. more

I am calling a lawyer. These guys sold me a car that didnt pass emissions, and needs a new transmission. They false advertised, and lied about the problem. I took it to be repaired else where, and the guy said "get a lawyer. These guys sold you a car illegally." These guys are in deep doo-doo. Dont go here. You are getting the rug pulled from beneath you. Find someone else. more

I have a 1999 kia sephia and i have been having nothing but trouble with the car that i bought and the people who sold it to me they tricked me!! I bout this car for 3,400 and you would think that they would give me a warranty regardless if they put the price down alittle bit like 100 dollars but no they didn't even tell me they weren't going to give me a warranty if they had told me then i would of said yes because at the time i had money and i would've got the warranty but no the guy told me within three weeks of having the car when my starter broke that i didn't have a warranty and it would cost me three hundred dollars!!! i said what?? i don't have that kind of money!! he said well you are going to have to pay $150 dollars for fixing my starter!! so i had no choice but to say yes because i have a 5 month old and i need a car(oh yea forgot to mention my heat in the car only works when it feels like it!) so i would recommend you to not come here and i herd some dirty things that they more

I went in the other day to get my brakes looked at since they touch the ground. I know, that's bad. Well, while I was there, the man helping me showed me what my brakes looked like. While that was odd for me, being a girl, I think it could have been helpful to someone who knew what to look for. So, that was nice, I guess! Then I decided to get my oil changed, since the breaks would be rather pricey. The oil change was inexpensive and fast, and I would reccommend them for that service. more
