The staff here is super awesome. Every time I come back to pick up my dog from here, it seems like my dog is sad to be leaving, so I know they have treated her very well, and for that I am thankful. more

Southlake's Bark and Purr Pet Retreat has the best dog grooming location in TX!! The owner is very kind and considerate to all the animals and makes pets and owners alike feel welcome and she does an INCREDIBLE grooming job!!! more

Great Value and Super Care 12/9/2010

You get a great value for the money and your pet actually does get walked 5 times daily and played with like they are at home. This is a great boarding facility and can take reservations just as well as they have helped us as walk-ins on no notice at all. I highly recommend Bark n Purr Southlake and will continue to use them. more

JUST TO LET EVERYONE KNOW BARK AND PURR IS NOT AT ALL WHERE YOU WANNA TAKE YOUR DOG.....TRUST ME...FOR ALL OF YOU THAT BOARDED YOUR DOGS THROUGH APRIL MAY AND JUNE OF 2007 SHOLD ASK FOR YOUR MONEY BACK BECAUSE YOUR DOGS WERE STUCK IN A HOT BROKEN AIR CONDITIONED FACILITY...THEY WERE HOT AND PANTING IT WAS VERY SAD....I COMPLAINED ABOUT IT BUT IT JUST WASNT PRIORITY TO THE OWNERS...YEAH AND FOR THE LADY THE THINKS ITS ALL NICE HAVIN YOUR DOG WATCH TV IN THE "SPECIAL ROOM" ITS BULL **** .....DO YOU LIKE YOUR DOGS WATCHING JERRY SPRINGER AND THE SINGNAL HARDLY EVEN COMES IN AT ALL.....DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PLACE GO TO THE ELITE SUITES TO GET YOUR MONEY'S WORTH!!!!! more

GREAT Dog Boarding shop 7/22/2005

A friend referred us to this boarding shop and we are very happy they did. The cost to board our dog while we go out of town is very good. We liked that they walk your dog several times a day, you can pay to have your pet put in a room by it self witha TV. All the comforts of home. This is one of the best around! more

Excellent Pet Grooming & Boarding 6/23/2005

This is an excellent place to bring your pets to either get groomed or if going out of town and you need boarding. They charge for bathing is as follows: $20.00+ for baths, this will depend on the size of the dog. $20.00+ for grooming, this will depend on the condition, cut, and the size of the dog. The staff is very helpful and friendly. They even have cat rooms with play toys. more
