Much of the food is prepared in traditional Andhra, Karnataka and Tamil Nadu style. We offer an exotic collection of dosas, iddlies, utthampams, rotis, biriyanis and curries that are typical in South Indian cuisine.
Our lamb sukka varuval - a collection of dark lamb meat chunks and onion slivers topped with a frond of cilantro - comes from Chettinad, famous for its head-exploding mix of masalas (spices) made from ginger, garlic, cardamom, curry leaf, hot chilies, coriander, fenugreek seed, cinnamon, and star anise!
