Southern California Maid Service is excellent! They do an beautiful job every time they clean my house. This is a dependable, reliable, honest company that does an extraordinary job cleaning and I can trust them in my home. I highly recommend them. more

This is not a 'maid service' but rather a referral agency and if anything goes wrong you are simply sh*t-out-of-luck!\r \r We had 2 people arrive at our house to do a basic cleaning and $200 was stolen from my son's room! So Cal Maid Service said there was nothing they could do other than say ""sorry"".\r \r The axiom of ""You get what you pay for"" holds very true with this company. AVOID THEM!\r \r more

Terrible customer service and satifaction is not what they are professionals in. Left my house dusty even after the 2nd visit! Not friendly, not professional. Spent less time that is stated. I will never use nor recommend these girls. A waste of time and $$$!!!!!!!!!!!! You may as well get started cleaning your house even if it takes two weeks, you'll definately feel better than you would if you called to use these people!!! Pros: N/A Cons: You wasted your time and $$ thinking you where doing yourself a favor more

I will never ever use this service again. I don't know why I kept using them. At first they were good, and the last few times the people they sent weren't very good. They didn't dust everything, they threw things away that they weren't supposed to and thy moved things around so I couldn't find them and due to the language barrier, they could not tell me where they put them. This last visit was the last straw though. After repeatedly telling them not to throw anything away, they threw away some papers that I needed, a set of keys, two DVDs and some tax papers that I had in a brown envelope. I called the company and they didn't even care. But on the positive side, they did do a pretty good job in the kitchen and vaccuuming. Pros: they do a pretty good job cleaning wherever they decide to clean Cons: they throw stuff away they're not supposed to and they don't clean everything more

I've used Southern California Maid Service on and off for several years, but I don't know why I keep going back! They are late or no-show at least 50% of the time, and the management cannot give a better guarantee (I asked them to give me one to stay and they could not). They always do a pretty good job of cleaning my home and they are a good value, but I can't wait around for them any longer. Cons: awful customer svc., poor reliablility more
