Everyone has been great for our first visit. The doctor took the time to explain everything and listened to all my concerns. Extremely happy with Sam's visit.

Thank you for everything 3/18/2014

"Thank you for everything you did for ""Louie""-both times. This time when we lost him and the time several years ago when he ingested the snail bait. We miss him so much. It's so hard to describe our heartache. We just try to focus on how much we appreciated the time that he was a part of our family. He was the best dog ever! We talked to the breeders with whom we kept in contact and in July they plan on breeding one of their Cairn Terriers-maybe we will be ready to have another dog at that time.\r \r Thank you again and for your staff who cared too for ""Louie""." more

Lazy,rude staff and managers !!! 4/19/2012

Would NEVER recommend South Shores !! The front office staff are lazy rude women who ignore clients to gossip with each other. When i asked to speak to the manager, a woman named Margie came out with an obvious attitude ! She was even more arrogant and nasty than her staff and simply made excuses for them. The manager of the technicians was a woman (??) name Cece who lumbered out to me with a scowl and was NO help whatsoever !!When my dog was brought out to me in the lobby, I met the obviously ONLY hard working person there Colleen. She was polite and kind..they probably pay HER the least..UNREAL never go to this clinic. more

You can always depend on South Shores Pet Clinic for great service and prompt appointments. The staff there is amazing. Very informative, and friendly. They all do so well with animals. I am very happy with everything they do there. more
