As of now, the South Peer is spelled South Pier and it is not an antique mall any more it is retail and lofts. And it is in a great part of town, not the industrial part of Spring...

Fun place to visit 9/24/2005

This is in the industrial part of Springfield which is not one of the better neighborhoods, however it is a lot of fun. There are multiple booths to look at and usually fun things for the kids to do. Most of the stuff is junk but sometimes you can find a really neat item. I found a 1930's leather makeup case that was in great condition for $10.00. more
