Hi Larry, I just wanted to tell you I experienced the South Florida Limousine experience last night because my family and I were invited by George to come along to his daughters Graduation party. Gus our driver was great. He was our driver and pitched in as our photographer in several group shots in front of the Limo. He showed up early and was on the spot coming and going. He also has a great sense of humor and was very entertaining. How he backed in and parked the limo in George\'s drive way had me simply amazed. It\'s got to take some talent to drive something that long. Thanks so much for working with us, everyone had a wonderful time. more

Drivers arrived on time and had a very charismatic personalities. On the first pick up, the driver made my daughter very comfortable. We were on our way to my daughter's Sweet 16th birthday party at a ballroom and my daughter was nervous. Very pleased with the service. Thank you. more

Deplorable customer service. We hired this company to transport one of our best clients and his family to the airport. We paid in advance, including a 20% tip and asked for their best VIP service. We paid $102 for a 10-mile ride. Our good gesture turned into a nightmare when the limo driver demanded another $102 from our client and obtained a credit card imprint. Our client was embarrassed and felt insulted that he was being charged for our complimentary ride. When I contacted the company, they promised to pick up the client on his return trip and offer a letter of apology. They also missed that opportunity and failed to show up or apologize. Horrible customer service and the company seems to be very shady because they have several addresses and phone numbers published and some of these are in residential neighborhoods. more
