I wanted to inform you after reading the previously listed negative comment on this company. I brought this to Angel's attention before I began my kitchen remodel project with them. She was kind enough to show me the various emails and explained completely to my sastifaction the issues of this disgruntled customer, whom by the way, failed to pay them for completed work on his premises. I want to state for the the record They completed their work exactly on time and were prompt , courteous and a very dedicated hard working crew. They returned on two occcasions to make minor changes until I was sastified. The kitchen remodel turned out perfect and they were very knowledgeable in the measuring and designs I finally chose. Their prices for cabinets and granite were very reasonable and the product quality was excellent. I would do business again with them in the future without any hesitancy and I plan to recommend them to friends and relatives when similar work is needed. The language was not a barrier except on occasion over the phone but when I met with them in person I was always able to communicate my changes without any problem. They were very conciencious of the my selections and worked with me on any and all changes without any resistance. I am very pleased with how everything turned out and I will use them again for any future projects. I would recommend sitting down with them face to face on any alterations and communicating ahead of time any concerns you may have prior or during installation . They were a pleasure to work with and these contracters were honest , diligent and best of all..ON TIME....That in itself is hard to find in the contracting business. They also did not change any pricing after the estimates were determined and they met their contractual obligations and hence were paid in full . David G. The work that was done by the people from this company is bad. There were problems right from the start from installing the cabinets to installing the granite. The people who work for this company are said to be all related to each other. The cabinets are not installed straight in the beginning and when I told them what I have noticed they said everything will be fine and wait for the finished result. The finish result was, because the cabinets were not installed properly, the granite was sticking out at one end. They are careless in moving my brand new appliances, which causes the damage. Multiple hairline cracks are visible in some area of the granite and my backsplash was full of thin cracks. Avoid headaches and find some other place. more
