I recently had work done by Sound Pro. They were fairly priced and had the work done when promised. I am planning to return and have some other upgrades completed. I every impressed with Josh and the way he treats customers and employees as well. I would give them 5 stars out of 5. more

To-Tara W\r *AVERAGE* install time is 45 minutes to 1 hour depending on the type of vehicle. However, each vehicle is different & sometimes we run across an install that requires troubleshooting from the manufacture of the purchased equipment.\r We informed you on the status of your vehicle & that it would take longer than average expected time, you were not satisfied as you needed to leave to go to work. We stopped immediately and put your car back together as quickly as possible. You stated you would return and allow us to complete the job when you had time. Therefore in good faith that you would come back & complete the installation & purchase the Bluetooth we told you we would leave it installed in your vehicle so that we only would have to troubleshoot the problem when you came back. The Bluetooth was put on an open accounts receivable invoice in your name. \r You did not come back as agreed and still have a $200 Bluetooth device that you have not paid for!\r We have left messages and tried to contact you by phone to no avail. Sound Pro has no reason to keep your $50 labor deposit as we are still out $200 for the Bluetooth that you have not paid for nor returned. We will gladly refund your $50 once you return the Bluetooth. \r As for your accusations that you overheard someone had a bubble in there window tint & someone else had a blown speaker while you were in our store…it is not your place to reference them as unsatisfied customers as you do not know the circumstances to others situations. Window tint takes time to dry & bubbles can last a few days depending on the weather or a particle of dust may get into the tint in which case we would retint at no charge. Often customers blow speakers when they crank there systems past the capacity allowed. This is just an unfair comment as you have no knowledge of the situation other than a customer walking in & telling us why they were there. \r We just celebrated our 35 years in the Atlanta metro area and although sadly many in our industry from large chains such as Hi Fi Buys and Circuit City to small local business like ours have had to close their doors do to the economy… we however are thriving! That is thanks to all of our local community who chose to support small business. \r We will continue to serve all of our customers as we always have with the utmost courtesy & respect. Sound Pro Inc. does not advertise however we have built a loyal customer base and upheld a very reputable reputation based on customer service & quality product / installation since 1978. \r more

Poor customer service. Very unprofessional! Beware! Not worth the aggravation or your money! A very smug gentlemen took my order for a bluetooth for my vehicle. Very bland, no smile and acted as if I was bothering him. I should have left then but I was curious about price. When I picked out the bluetooth and paid the deposit he became very happy to work with me. He told me he would receive my part the same day and would call me to schedule an appointment. He called that evening and I advised the rep that I would not be available till Wednesday because I had to work. The rep stated it would only take 45 minutes. I did not have to be in until 11 am so I agreed to a 9 am appointment. Upon arrival at 9 am they took my vehicle right in (I was the only client they had) but I don't know if they ate breakfast first or not because before I knew it, it was 10:30 and their had been two customer coming in with complaints. One with a bubble in his tinted windows and another with speakers that kept blowing out (He was there for the 2nd time). I asked the owner Jody to ask how much longer because I had to go to work and I got very discouraged about my decision to do business with them and he checked with the tech and came back and said another 45 minutes to an hour! Ok so now I'm upset and asked why would they inconvenience my time? And he didn't even respond at all. Either the rep lied about the time frame initially or the tech did not have a clue on what he was doing. I asked the owner to return my car to me so I can go to work and that took another 20 mins which made me late for work. I get in my car and the radio no longer works and the tech says if you can wait i think I can fix it. I told him to remove himself from the vehicle so I can go to work. After work, very disappointed by the way business was handled I called the Owner to ask for my $50 deposit refunded. The owner blatantly said ""no we don't to that here"". Furthermore, he did not try to provide any empathy, or compensation due to my inconvenience and hung up the phone. I tell you what, I have learned not to support small business any longer and that is why their business is small and will stay small due to lack of customer value and professionalism and they can keep that $50 and purchase themselves some customer service etiquette and how to run a business books. I will advertise poor reviews everywhere just so no one else will have to experience this type of behavior or quality service. Beware, stay away! its not worth the aggravation or your money!
