Excellent service; quick and clean installation. 12/7/2010

I had Sound of Tri-State install remote starts in two of my vehicles. The salesman gave me a good price because I was having them install it in two different vehicles. He helped me out by lowering the price a little bit. They did a good job, and it was a quick and clean installation. There was a problem with one of the remote starts in my truck. I took it back up to Sound of Tri-State for them reprogram the remote start and make it work. They finished it in a couple of minutes. It was excellent service. more

Mike is very knowledgeable about the products he installs. While others shied away from the installation of a remote starter on a 2010 Nissan because of the extra relays needed, Mike was very confident he could perform the installation. Very satisfied with the finished product. more
