love this place...with rewards regular service is practically free and shuttle is great! No need for ride arrangements...one less burden for the busy...

First and foremost my car was not serviced at sound ford, they took it to Quick Lane without my consent. I was lucky enough to deal with a chauvinistic jerk who lacked the ability...

After shopping multiple Ford dealers for a Ford Fusion, Sound Ford came out on top in every aspect. I gave our experience with Sound Ford a high rating because each person (sales, managers, and finance personnel) that assisted us with the purchase of our vehicle did an excellent job at making sure that we were satisfied with our purchase and made sure that we got the best deal that could be offered. more

Brought my car in for some scheduled maintenance and they found something i did not even know about and gave me a great deal to fix them both in one appointment- at least 40% cheaper than i was quoted elsewhere and they had the work done in one day.. I will definitely be back. more

I could not be any more satisfied 9/13/2010

I bought my car from Sound ford 6 months ago and not only did they beat the price of the other ford dealers around (and i did my homework) but they made me feel good about my purchase. I have been looking around for at least 2 years for the right car for me at the right price and i could not be any more satisfied. I ended up coming back for a few questions a few months ago and the maintenance department took me in right away even though i did not have an appointment. Great customer service, i will be referring people here definitely. Not your typical sleezy car dealership more

Overall very satisfied with the purchase process, very smooth and no pressure. I knew mostly what I wanted and the salesperson let me drive the truck I purchased with no pressure. The truck is exactly what I was looking for, something simple and a good value. more

Good body work 9/2/2010

I had some body work done here after my car was in an accident and they did a good job on it. They took care of all the insurance stuff so that we didn't have to pay anything up front. They even worked out the rental car so that we could leave it at Ford rather than drive it back to the Rental Agency. more
