Great subs. Family run. Better than Subway, Tubbys, and Potbellys 4/9/2007

I've been in Ann Arbor for six years and only tried Sottini's last month. Their sandwiches are great and cheaper than what you will get at other comparable places on the UM campus. Sottini's definitely needs to advertise themselves more because they have the potential to be very popular among the college students at UM. It is a bit far for the average student to walk from campus and that is unfortunate. I will walk the extra six blocks if it's worth it and Sottini's is much better than what you will get at Subway or Tubbys. More people should support family owned businesses. They tend to have better quality food anyway. I will definitely tell my friends about Sottini's. more

Super Subs 4/13/2006

Somehow Sottini's stays in business, although it doesn't seem to be too well known. I'm somewhat torn on that, because I definitely want them to do well, but I don't want it getting too crowded. They have fantastic subs. The place seems to be family operated. The ingredients are always fresh and the atmosphere is nice. Can't go wrong with Sottini's. more

They were offering toasted subs well before all the chains picked up on the idea, and the food always tastes great. Whether you are a college student on a budget or a business person looking for something fast and tasty, Sottini's is hard to beat. more

Best Subs in town 8/19/2005

Sottini's Sub Shop is a very well-run family sub shop. The food is very good and the service is fast and friendly. They also sell side salads and bulk meats and cheeses. The atmosphere is very inviting and the company is friendly. You have the choice of having your sub toasted or eating it cold. Whatever you want, they will do for you. I really recommend this place for college students because it is reasonably priced. more
