BEWARE! This company should not be allowed to continue to do business. They charged me an ""assessment fee"" and charged me for parts that they supposedly needed to order to repair my appliance. They never returned to fix the problem, and I had to hire another company. \r \r Several weeks later, I finally got the owner to answer his phone and asked for a refund. He yelled and cussed at me and told me that he wasn't refunding anything.\r \r This company has an ""F"" rating with the BBB and Angie's List and is on the South Carolina Department of Consumer Affairs' Buyer Beware list, and for good reason. \r \r ALSO, this company is NOT a certified Kitchen Aid or a Maytag authorized repair service, as they represent to be. more

This company came recommended by Frigidaire as an ""authorized service company"". They came out, we paid the service fee that was to cover the labor for installing the parts. The guy told me he would call me on Monday to let me know he ordered the part that was suppose to take 5 days. He never called. Waited a couple of days to follow up, he was irritated I called him, he told me he was waiting on the part still and he would call me later that day. He never called. Waited a few more days, husband called them, he said part was still not in and that he would call us later that day (famous last words). They did not call. Husband kept bugging them, finally almost 2 weeks later the pump part for our dishwasher came in, he said he already had the heating element. They made an appointment for installation. Waited over 3 hours past the appointment time and they never showed. Husband kept calling them, they said they would be there shortly, but never showed. Finally husband called again and they said it would not be until after 10 p.m. (they were suppose to be there at 3 p.m.). So they scheduled us for first thing the next morning. The ""boys"" came out, highly doubt they are licensed, and realized that the pump was the right part, but that the heating element was wrong. Stated they had to order the right one. Husband called the guy and he said he was ordering it express and it would be here the next day. He never called until 3 days later and said the part was still not in. Husband called him the next day and he said part was still not in. Husband called him later the same day and he said we will be there in 1/2 an hour, the part came in. Over an hour later the guy showed up with only the heating element. I asked him if he brought the pump too and he sighed and said ""Oh crap, no"". So then he said I will rig it to work around the pump and I said no, you will do the repair right or you will not do it at all. I told them this had been almost 3 weeks and I was getting tired of this. He stormed off. My husband called his boss and the guy says I am done, I am cancelling this repair and I am not helping you. He STOLE our money!!! THEY ARE CROOKS, LIARS, AND THE MOST DISHONEST PEOPLE I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!!!! DO NOT TRUST THEM OR USE THEM FOR SERVICE AT ALL!! I am filing a complaint with the SC Department of Consumer Affairs and contacting and consumer investigative reporter to have these dishonest thieves blasted all over the local news. more

DO NOT CALL THEM FOR SERVICE! They don;t show for apppointments, lie about when they are coming for service, lied that they were Uline certifed and I called Uline , they are not. It took for three months to get my machine returned that they had taken to the shop for repairs. They were no-shows for four appointments, after more than 50 calls to get this machine back, they left it on the front porch! Never installed what they removed, just left it outside, overnite at a vacant home. They don't know what they are doing and I assume replace parts unnecesarily. One star is too much, they should also give you the option for negative stars. Last warning, do not call these shysters! more

Repairman who I think is the owner came out on 4/29/11 to repair dishwasher. He said he had to order a part. I called to check on it after a couple of weeks and was told the part was on back order and a bunch of other lies. He said he would call back which he never did. Also scheduled appointments that he didn't show up for. I asked for a refund of the part which I paid for of $169.69 and he said he was going to deduct the $105 service call and $50 labor so basically I would get nothing back. Do not use this company - nothing but headaches and lies. more

SOS means help and that is exactly what you need if you use this company. I wouldn't call them repair men I would call them crooks. more

If I had to use one word to describe this company it would be ""pathetic"". They basially take your money and feed you a load of bull when it comes to fixing your stuff until you basically get fed up and say forget it which is fine with them because they already have your money. i would never ever refer these people to anyone munless they were looking for the run around and a headache!!! more

I had the worst experience of my life with these worthless people. I can not believe that these fools have a licensed business. Worst service of my life. DON""T USE THEM!!! more

These people are so bad I wouldn't even give them one star (had to give at least one to publish review). I called them about a problem with my washer and dryer. They rushed right over and told me I needed three parts which they had at their shop and would be back the next day to repair. They also gave me an est of over 300.00. They came back the next day claimed they fixed my washer and that they needed another part for my dryer. Gave them a check which they managed to go directly to the bank and cash, but left my dryer in pieces and didn't return the next day. I called them for days and when I did manage to get someone on the phone it was one excuse after the other. Finally after my dryer being in pieces for over a week I had to go to the laundry mat. Tried to wash clothes at home before going to the laundry mat to dry and discovered my washer still wasn't spinning out. Called them again said they would get another part to fix washer and Iong story short it has been a month and over 300.00 later and I still don't have a washer that works and they have my dryer at their shop which they claim is fixed but can't seem to get it back to my house. Finally I got my husband to call and they told him a completely different story. They said I broke the washer again and they had been trying to bring the dryer back but I keep changing dates. WHAT LIARS!!!!!!!!!!!!! My husband said he wanted our dryer back today the guy said someone was on their way to pick up the dryer at their shop and bring to our house. That was 8:30am it is now 5pm and still no dryer. I have spent my daughter's entire 13th birthday waiting on these people and as usual no call no show. As far as I'm concerned this company stole my money and my dryer. Will be at courthouse tomorrow to file suit. The form I signed may say I can't file a claim for the work, but they can't take someone's property and not return it. SAVE YOURSELF ALOT OF AGGRAVATION AND MONEY, NEVER USE THESE LOSERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! more

I have a KitchenAid Dishwasher with a 5 year parts warranty, but I had to have an authorized KitchenAid repair person diagnose the problem and SOS were the only guys in my area according to the KitchenAid customer service. more

We called them as they were a Whirlpool repair company to fix our washing machine which was 3 years' old. They charge $105 to take a look. The young man who came over three times to attempt to fix the machine said the following parts needed replacing: pump, transmission, motor, timer and wire harness. Each time he supposedly installed a ""new part"", the machine wouldn't work. He finally gave up and told us to buy a new washing machine. We were screwed out of $105 because he didn't know what he was doing and his ""boss"" was no help either. Worst service (if you can call it that) company I have ever dealt with.
