Great food, prompt delivery!

Worst

Soprano's is hit or miss. We had The Sooprano Salad which was delicious. We also ordered a Panini that we had The previous order which was fantastic and it was dry and tasteless....

It was our first time ordering from Soprano's. The delivery was on time. The food was excellent! We had a Chicken parm platter which was very good, a Soprano's Special hoagie and Veal Scallopini sandwich which were excellent and they use GOOD Italian bread. Begin Italian, we don't usually order Italian food out but I would from Soprano's based on what we tried so far. I had passed Soprano's several times and kept saying I wanted to try it and never stopped. Glad I found them on Grub Hub for delivery. more

A wonderful surprise. Found Soprano's on Grub Hub and got a great prosciutto and fresh mozzarella pannini with two free delicious mini cannoli and a house brand Italian diet root beer. Service was fast and the food was a treat! more

The Brushetta was also tasteless hardly toasted. Very disappointed. I had ordered from there over a year ago and had Tge same problem I think it was fairly new. I thought I'd try again maybe just the salad.. more

Simply Amazing 12/20/2010

I don't know what you people are talking about with the service being poor. I think they have a great staff,very friendly and loving. I've been going to them since they opened. They cater most of my parties and the servers are great with what they do, to top it all off they have phemonenal food. I can see why they stay in business. I recommend Soprano's to everyone, and it's a BYOB great place to dine. You can't lose. more

Soprano's? Hell Yeah! Good Food! 7/24/2010

Great Food!! I travel over an hour whenever I can to get the Food a Sopranos. Mention dinner at Saprono's in my household everyone's eyes pop wide open and of course smiles are abound. The food is amazing. The Service is fine. You give them a smile they smile back. you get what you give, They have great food and it is obvious why they stay in business.\r \r I recommend it. Enough talk off to Sapranos, I go. more

Sopranos is always good..The sandwiches are tasty,made to order.I don't understand some of the comments listed on this page concerning service.Where do you think you are? The Four Seasons Hotel?? I mean,what's the big deal,you come in, order,have a good conversation with a friend and recieve your meal and eat.Why complain about service when essentailly it's a deli.If you want your hand held...hire a Nurse. more

Soprano's Deli & Catering - Not Recommended 8/30/2009

Perhaps the steaks and hoagies are good, but the lasagna and ravioli we ordered were mediocre. A golf ball-sized side of a single meatball costs $2. Cannoli were absolutely tasteless. You get a marble-sized pat of butter for a basket of semi-stale bread. Place has no atmosphere. The apparent owner is about as friendly as Dirty Harry. more

the sandwiches at soprano's are awesome and i've never had a bad order. very large selection and reasonably priced. Not sure what the fuss is with the service as it's just a deli and not a five star restaurant more

I have ordered from Sopranos for a few years now and the food is great. However, the staff is not friendly. I just know that when I call I'll get great food without great service. It is true that there are days that I don't call an order because I don't want to feel as if I've done something wrong by calling. But when you want great food you got to call Sopranos. more

Good food, iffy service 4/3/2008

The other reviews pretty much peg it - the food at Soprano's is delicious, but the service is pretty poor. We usually order a tray of lasagne from here, occasionally we'll go for lunch if we're stuck for ideas. The parking lot is a good size for what it is and the prices are reasonable. The staff could do their jobs with a little more love. more

Give Your Money to Someone Else 12/30/2007

Have been getting take out at Sopranos since it opened. Food is good, but the service and owner is the pits. Decided it is not worth it when poor service happens consistently. When placing your order, you feel like you are bothering them and everything is such a hassle. Not sure why they offer such an extensive menu, when they have nothing and do not offer any other options. Would rather give my money to someone who appreciates & needs business and understands customer services. Not sure how they stay in business with such a losey business attitude. Would not recommend them to anyone - too much competition in the area with better service. Check out: Cut above Deli in Newtown Square, Valentino's in Broomall or Pica's in Upper Darby. Great food, great prices and fantastic service. more

The food is great, the service so-so 5/3/2007

Sopranos has a really lovely menu with many delicious dishes. The downside is that the staff is somewhat less than totally friendly & don't have the best people skills. If you can overlook that, Sopranos is the place for you! It is reasonably priced & the specials are divine. more

Great food 11/12/2005

They have great food and reasonably priced. They have a small dining area and offer a place to eat outside in warmer weather. They have a special each night 2 for $25 - you get 2 dinners (anything on the menu, chicken parm, spag and meatballs, rigatoni, lasagna, etc.) and 2 soups or salads and 2 desserts. So worth it and so good! more
