A wonderful staff that really tries to make your experience one that is both restful and a pleasant memory. They really do care about you and want you to be totally satisfied. They will do everything in their power to make sure that this is accomplished. I would recommend Sonterra Laser Spa to everyone and as a matter of fact I already have! Best Med Spa in San Antonio..make no mistake!!! 10/30/2009

This is truly the best medical spa I have ever been to!! The staff will know you by name by the second appointment you make. They really take a geniune interest in their clients, and they make sure you know whats going on during your treatment. Besides great customer service, the technicians know what they are doing. Great atmosphere, friendly & professional staff 10/29/2009

I was looking for a spa I could visit on a regular basis and they truly fit the bill. I called several spa's to obtain information on specific services and this was the only spa that was courteous, professional and patient in explaining the details of each service. They were sincere and their suggestions were helpful. Prices are also competitive but it does not affect the services that are offered. The monthly specials they email is also a great reminder of what else I need to schedule. This is the best spa in San Antonio and I have tried many but they won me over! After visiting another similar business that was very pushy and felt like I was buying a used car, I was cautious visiting Sonterra Laser Med Spa for the first time, but after my appointment, I was very impressed. They were there to inform me, not pressure me! They have the newest technology that was very informative. The treatment prices were also very reasonable. I am a very satisfied customer! Young Again 10/24/2009

I always wanted to get Botox to have a more youthful appearance. For some reason I was scared and unsure of what the results would be. After speaking with Dr. Kumar and his team, I felt completely comfortable and decided to go forward with the procedure. I am extremely happy with the results. Customer Satisfaction Comes First 10/23/2009

The staff @ Sonterra Laser Med Spa are warm and welcoming every time you visit. They take the time to listen to your needs and do whatever they can to make them happen. Their office manager, Roma Kumar who happens to be the wife of the spa's on site MD, goes above and beyond to make sure customers are happy with every aspect of their experience. I have referred all of my co-workers to Sonterra Laser Med Spa (including the CEO) and everyone that has visited raves about the spa. I look forward to receiving services for many years to come. Excellent spa with outstanding customer service 10/7/2009

I have been going to Sonterra Laser Medical Spa for about a year and a half for photo rejuvination on my face for reoccurring brown spots. The staff has been honest about what I would benefit from and makes certain I am comfortable during each procedure. I have recommended this facility to many and now my mother, sister and sister-in-law also have been getting the same treatments and loving every minute of it! On a recent trip to San Antonio, I visited Sonterra Med Spa, which had been highly recommended by a friend. I absolutely loved it. Having a long history of problem skin, I was concerned about being sold treatments or procedures that were not right for me. The staff seemed genuinely concerned about ensuring that each treatment was tailored to my personal needs and concerns. They worked as a team to make sure that my spa experience was wonderful!! Sun Damage Repair! 10/5/2009

About a year ago I started noticing sun damage on my face and had just received the Sonterra specials. Since I have started my photo facials I have had so many complements on my complexion. Every service or product from Sonterra has made a difference in the appearance I my skin. The staff is knowledgeable and so helpful. They make suggestions on products but I have never felt pressured to buy unnecessary products. The few products I have purchased did exactly what I needed. I have been going to Sonterra Laser Med Spa for over a year now. I hadadult acne and when I first went to them it was at it's worst. The products that they recommended I use were fantastic and priced well. Not to mention their great monthly specials!! I not only try to go back once a month but have brought my Mom in almost everytime she's been in town. I would recommend them to anyone who's looking for results! Great Service 9/28/2009

My results have been wonderful after getting hair removal done. I go back in a few weeks for next treatment and can't wait. My laser tech was very nice and made me feel relaxed and comfortable.
