TATTOO FREE AND YOUNGER SKIN!!! 6/9/2010

I started my tattoo remove several months back at Sonterra laser med spa and my results have been phenomenal!! I made a mistake in my younger days and thought it was a good idea to get a tattoo on my lower back and I was so happy when I went in because they staff let me know that I could pay by treatment and that I would see results each time. well I finished my 3rd treatment last week and it is almost completely gone!!! I'm so happy esp. now I can wear a bikini without being embarrassed:)) I also have done chemical peels and just recently botox with the doctor over there and my results have been great. I have had excellent results with the lazer hair removal treatments that I never before thought possible. The lazer tech Nelly was very kind and and set me at ease about the sensitive subject of my unwanted feminine hair... not only is she a great tech she has become a freind... I would recomend this spa to anyone, not only for laser hair removal but for all their skin care services! more

Best Eyebrow Waxing in town! 3/8/2010

I can't find enough words to describe how happy I was to FINALLY have found the best person ever to wax my eyebrows. Letty was so nice and made me feel very confident that she would wax my eyebrows to perfection. I told her exactly what I wanted and she LISTENED and the result was the best eyebrow waxing I have ever had. I highly recommend this med spa as it is very clean and the personnel are friendly and professional. If you are demanding on how you want your eyebrows to be waxed, like I am, trust me Letty will make you very happy! more

Great Chemical Peels! 3/5/2010

I went to the spa to get a facial with my mom while she was in town. The spa is very clean and very friendly. They took pictures of our skin and recommended what kind of facial we should get. I got a chemical peel and my mom got a facial. I had Beau who was very professional and nice. The peel was just as relaxing as any facial I had ever received. My face already looks much better. Can't wait to go back and see how much more it improves! Pros: Clean, friendly, great service Cons: none more

BEST LASER HAIR REMOVAL PRICES!!!!! 2/14/2010

I just moved here recently from California and I have been looking for a place to continue my laser treatments for hair removal and chemical peels etc. I could not believe the prices they were giving me and used the exact same machines my dermatologist in California used. I thought the prices were too good to be true but it really is so affordable and they made my treatment so comfortable. great staff and awesome massage!! 2/7/2010

I just went this past week when my friend Jenna told me about it. She said you can get a 60 min massage for 35.00 dollars. I did not believe it until I went.. Charlie was one of the best massages I ever had!! I also saw Dr. Kumar for Botox and fillers to get ready for my wedding in April. Loved his bedside manner, so nice and the best part was that he was very conservative and told me that I did not need as much as I thought I did! Very very happy with no lines:) -Sophie L. Awful results...it has been a Nightmare!!! 2/5/2010

I understand any business can have a bad result...but they can make up for it by how they handle the problem and their efforts to help correct it. This was not my case with Roma & Dr. Kumar. The worse thing is I did not seek out their services...I was approached by Roma in the dressing area of an Alamo Hts area health club. She pitched their "January Specials" promotion of Radiesse wrinkle filler as an instant wrinkle corrector. I regret falling victim to a hard sell as it is not the results I was promised. I had fine superficial wrinkles and now I have excessive swelling, lumps, and nodules...and so much stress about my appearance. Dr. Kumar suggests I give it a few weeks. Very disappointed!!! Pros: None--they came on sweet "before" the sale only... Cons: Buyer beware...if it sounds too good to be true, it's hype! more

I RECIEVED A STONE MASSAGE FROM CHARLIE AND I HAVE GOTTEN MANY MASSAGES AROUND AND SHE WAS THE BEST BY FAR.SHE GAVE ME THE FULL HR AND THE PRICES WERE SO REASONABLE THAT I BOOKED A FACIAL FROM LETTY THE FOLLWING DAY. The Best All Around! 11/30/2009

Letty at Sonterra Laser Med Spa is absolutely the best esthetician! She is such a sweet lady and makes you feel right at home! The entire staff makes your experience inviting, relaxing and absolutely wonderful in every way! To top it off, their prices are incredibly reasonable, especially considering the outstanding service they provide! Reasonably priced spa 11/13/2009

It is difficult to find someone that will listen to you when you are telling them how you want your eyebrows to look. I was stripped of mine within minutes! The experience was painful and infuriating. Then I found Sonterra Laser Med Spa after asking a stranger where she got hers done. I have been going for the past 6 months to reshape my eyebrows. The wax is priced very reasonable. Every time I go I feel they are pampering me. The environment is so inviting and relaxing. The staff is not pushy and they answer all of your questions. They often offer advise about how to take care of my skin at home. You definitely have to visit this place. Pros: Amazing wax experience! more

Beautiful and relaxing feel as soon as you walk in! 11/12/2009

This was my first time going for 3 different procedures that involved my skin and body, so I was a little nervous not knowing what to expect. As soon as I walked in, the staff was so welcoming and made me feel very comfortable. They were so friendly and easy to talk to. They offered to meet with me whenever I needed to return or if I had any questions. I also never have to wait long. The snack are good, too! Pros: Excellent Customer Service! more

Relaxing environment and great staff 11/8/2009

I started coming to this spa very shortly after it opened and everyone I've come in contact with has been very friendly and nice. Their prices are good too. They're always having specials and discounts on their procedures. They don't have a tight schedule so I can always schedule a soon appointment and I've never waited in the waiting area for more than one minute. Although I wouldn't mind. The waiting area is very relaxing and they have beverages and snacks. Pros: very nice staff, never wait long for appointments, relaxing Cons: no cons more

I thoroughly enjoyed going to Sonterra Laser Med Spa and have already recommended it to several friends already. The staff is very thorough, professional and friendly. I even received a follow up phone call a few days after my treatment, something I have not had happen ever before. The staff is not pushy on products, give honest feedback and the prices are very reasonable. I have already booked future appointments for different treatments. Great Place to Relax and 11/3/2009

Right away the staff greets you when you come in. They are so friendly and make sure you are comfortable. When you are taken to the back the are so pateint explaining everything to you. No Pressure in buying things you didnt go in for. Dr. Kumar is so funny and make you feel so relaxed and at home. Letty is so great at making you feel welcome and a person not just another customer.
