My experience was absolutely amazing! I am so pleased I chose Sonobello. Shannon, Kayla, Dr. Case, Amanda (my nurse), and Ashley, and all other staff I dealt with were all very friendly. Everyone kept me well informed every step of the way in reference to my procedure. My consultant and the doctor provided me with different options and explained what my likely results would be based on their expertise. I appreciated that so much as It helped me to have realistic expectations. I was pleased from day one and can only imagine the results at the 6 months mark. more

From the time your call is answered when you call for an appointment, you know you are speaking with a quality organization. These people are smart, caring and so friendly. I knew nothing about the process except what I had heard on a commercial yet they were all so patient and thorough with explanations and eventually with the process. Just wonderful. more

The Doctor and staff were very friendly. 7/15/2018

The Doctor and staff were very friendly and appear to be sincere. Some of the nurses seem to have more experience than others. When I had my belly done the nurse gently pressed to get the excess fluids out so I would not drain as much at home but when I had my legs done the next nurse did not do this and I drained more than twice as long with much more pain. I would recommend encouraging nurses to press fluids out of the patients right after procedures in the future to shorten draining time and healing time required. more

Front desk was very helpful Gabriela was new at the time, but she is also very helpful trying to fine out information to better serve you and explain treatment a few times. I know I feel asleep but that's okay she was also very helpful let me know how I could get appointment with Dr. Bonillas. more

So far, so good, as I'm pleased with the results I got... I will have to say though, the procedure was extremely painful for me, as I remembered most of it, there needs to be more of a twilight or sleeping state... not sure I would ever do that same type of procedure again. Way to painful for me. But on a side note, I thought Shelby Oliver was absolutely wonderful! What a great consultant, she was very warm, informative, and most of all caring. I look forward to getting other services done there in the near future. Over all the staff was very pleasant and my doctor was very nice. My appts were always on time, which I appreciate due to my extremely busy schedule. So I'm only giving a 4 out of 5, due to my pain level during the procedure. Everything else was wonderful from pre to post op. more

Everyone in Sonobello PHX for giving me my waistline back! 1/10/2018

This has been an incredible experience from my consultation through to recovering from my surgery a week ago. I had researched many options for years but after speaking to people who had cool sculpt (not enough); not wanting to have major liposuction surgery, I decided on micro laser Lipo @ Sonobello Phoenix.It was actually pretty painfree; I was awake under local anesthesia. It is truly a precision procedure; I felt relaxed throughout. This surgery has changed my life; I am not fully recovered to see my final results. I LOVE what I see so far! Very natural so no one ever has to know. The Sonobello team, from office staff to nurses to the surgeon are complete professionals; I encourage anyone who wants to de-bulk; have natural quick results to go to the Phoenix Sonobello team!
