Amazing experience so far! Just had my inner thighs, outer thighs and knees done 2 weeks ago. Excellent results so far and I’ve never had any pain. I even went in the month of October and received the employees discount which was a great deal. Wonderful staff and facility, I would recommend it to anyone! more

Friendly, professional staff. Clean, beautiful waiting room. Appointments always on schedule. Questions answered and information given. Doctor and medical personnel were very respectful and gave privacy and assistance with pictures and changing clothes etc. I am 100% please after my procedure with just being 12 days post op. I receive emails and feel like I have been cared for and given opportunities to call and or receive any questions or concerns I may have. My procedure was fairly easy for me with me needing very little pain med, and was back to a normal routine in 2 days time. I have already highly recommend Sono Bella to my friends and family. And will consider other procedures in the future. more

I was very impressed by my initial consultation, the friendly and helpful staff and the first meeting with Dr. Lewis. It takes an artist and a sculptor to do a great job and he came through with flying colors. He was cheerful, helpful and answered all my questions. I have a beautiful result from having my upper and lower abdomen and also waistline contoured, as well as my jawline that surpassed my expectation!! I had the most positive experience starting at the front desk, to my nurse who walked me through everything. My patient care coordinator was transparent, easy to communicate with, and walked me through everything I could expect. Dr. Malin was likely the best health care professional I had the pleasure of working with. He has amazing communication skills, intuitive to my comfort or discomfort levels, and skilled handiwork. I am so thrilled with my results, and I know I haven't seen my final results yet! more

Good that from the first day I look at a publication on beautiful sound, I quickly asked for an appointment I went and I was excited I did the process and was fascinated. If I still see all the result of the procedure normal operation, very little pain and in 4 days back to work I recommend it a lot I feel super happy. more

Very positive. The staff are all very engaging and helpful. I tend to overshare and when I was retelling one of my little stories, I had the other person's undivided attention. I cannot say enough good things about my doctor, Dr. Malin, and the entire staff at the Portland Sono Bello clinic. Shab, my consultant; Dr. Malin, my surgeon, Nurse Cheri, the front desk staff, and all of the nurses I came in contact with were professional, courteous, and reassuring. I was a medical assistant for over 10 years and worked in every field of medicine you can think of. From cosmetic surgery and reproductive health, to sleep medicine and orthopedic care. I've worked beside many talented physicians, but none of them possessed the combination of both skilled hands and great bedside manner as did Dr. Malin. The entire Portland staff had a hand in making my life changing experience a pleasurable one. Thank you for exceptional care. more

I want to start off saying that I had an absolutely great experience. From the first step of meeting with the Consultant to the availability of staff to answer my questions post procedure. Nicole, my consultant, was extremely helpful in understanding what I was looking to get from the procedure. She explained personal experiences and did not seem to pushy on the sale side at all. The price was steep but so far it has been worth it. When I went to my pre-op and met Dr. Buzzas, he was very friendly and answered all of my questions and even answered questions I had not even thought of. He went over what to expect during the procedure as well as after. The staff made what is naturally an uncomfortable situation feel comfortable. The procedure itself went relatively quickly ( I got my upper/lower abs and waist done) and was pretty comfortable the entire procedure. I was pretty lethargic the first few days, but medication helped. If I had a do over the only thing I would change is taking a little more time off work to recover. I had my procedure done on a Saturday and was back to work on Tuesday, and it was just a day or two too soon. I am currently 2 1/2 weeks out, I can already see so much of a difference. I cant wait to see the final results! more

The Portland office is fantastic: every person from my original phone call (very nervous!) through my week 1 checkup was very helpful and kind. Some employees have had the procedures themselves and are very open about their experiences, which gave me great comfort. Nobody in this office will body shame you -- they all understand how difficult it is to make that first appointment. They work as a very integrated team and clearly communicate well with one another. My doc, Dr. Saxon, has a fantastic bedside manner and is super competent. I would give him more stars than 5 if I could. Last thing - I was planning to lose another 10-15 pounds before I went in. I am so glad that I didn't wait (my friend told me to go in and pay before the discount ended). At my consultation (after I had paid), Dr. Saxon recommended to not wait, as the difference wouldn't be significant in the end. I am so glad I listened. Now I'm even more motivated because I won't have to wear huge tank tops at the gym and be embarrassed of my rolls. No more muffin top!!! Good luck and be brave!! more
