If you are late for your appointment, even 15 mins for ANY reason they frankly tell you that they cannot see you for a MINIMUM of 2 weeks (your punishment for being late i guess!). BEWARE... i mean, how many times has a doctor kept YOU waiting!!! How ridiculous...and my daughter had some serious teeth issues and they didnt even care.
UPDATE: Finally got my daughter back in after waiting forever considering her SERIOUS teeth problems. And i have to tell you, im sickened by this place. My daughter is barely 3 yrs old and they basically told me that they refused to pry open her mouth to see the "damaged" teeth and that just bring her back next year when she gets older. Im like "You have to be kidding me? One of her teeth is turning GREEN and several others have alot of decay!" This place is ridiculous...do you really think a 3 yr old is going to just willing open their mouth for you? I told them i would be glad to sit her on my lap and hold her down so the doc could get a quick look...but nope. They flat out refused. I left this place so confused and upset...i was crying. My daughter desperatly needed treatment and they didnt even want to TRY. I have medicaid insurance, so this was pretty much my last shot cuz there are only like 2 people in orlando who take it.
