Overall, the service I have received was good. The girls at the front desk are always sweet & friendly. Some of the technicians go above & beyond, but some are just average. The only thing that left a bad taste in my mouth was when I was waiting for over 30 minutes for my appointment & my technician never showed up and I had to reschedule. more

I enjoyed being treated kindly by everyone in the Woodlands office. Treatments were a little more painful than expected. Overall my experience was great and I will recommend them to my friends. There were times when the front desk staff were a little arrogant, 1 time I called because there was a wreck which created heavier traffic and I was going to be ~5-10 minutes late for my appointment and the lady on the phone was very rude about that and stated they can only wait 10 minutes. I understand that there may have been other people scheduled after me and there are reasons for the time limits but sometimes things happen and people just need a break. Also, one time I had arrived early for my appt. but was seen 20 minutes after my time, so that was disappointing. more

I love Sona Med Spa. I have only been there twice already for laser hair removal and I love it. The very moment you walk through the door the staff greet you by name & they are very friendly. I consider SONA my 2nd home. Literally SONA is worth every penny. DONT WALK TO SONA RUN to Sona. more
