Review content:
I enjoyed being treated kindly by everyone in the Woodlands office. Treatments were a little more painful than expected. Overall my experience was great and I will recommend them to my friends. There were times when the front desk staff were a little arrogant, 1 time I called because there was a wreck which created heavier traffic and I was going to be ~5-10 minutes late for my appointment and the lady on the phone was very rude about that and stated they can only wait 10 minutes. I understand that there may have been other people scheduled after me and there are reasons for the time limits but sometimes things happen and people just need a break. Also, one time I had arrived early for my appt. but was seen 20 minutes after my time, so that was disappointing.
