Worst

Cadillac on outside and pinto inside. All smiles and can I help you till they have your money. Then you are just in the way. Beware of their ads and there words.

LASER HAIR REMOVAL IS MY NEW BEST FRIEND! I can't tell you how nice it is to not have to worry with the ingrown hairs and the shaving anymore. i have done my face, bikini, underarms and now my legs. Raleigh's staff is amazing from the time I walk into their MedSpa until I leave, I feel I get a 5 star treatment. Laser Hair Removal works..... lets just say my sister and mom are both doing it. I Have been more than pleased with my treatments at SONA MEDSPA! Everything from their friendly staff to their informative and respectful consultants and technicians has been TOP RATED!! Not to metion my results have been worth every penny! I have had laser hair removal on my bikini, underarms and legs and lets just say i don't purchase razors when im grocery shopping anymore. I am very excited with my results and now I have started skin trts. I recently had my first Pixel trt and I have been blown away with how much my skin has improved. I am very much looking forward to seeing what i look after I have finished my package of 3. I will post my feelings on my results after I am done. If you are looking for a Med Spa..... Wonderful Staff! 6/23/2011

I had Juvederm done here and Meredith did an amazing job. My lips hardly bruised and I did not feel a bit of pain. I also had botox here and the results were amazing. The whole staff is very sweet and tries the best they can to help. Plus they take care credit which is awesome! more

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about the products and services they provide. I love the serene setting of the spa and the very soothing atmosphere for the client and anyone that accompanies them. I really liked the financing program with Care Credit. Without it, I would not have been able to have the treatments I received. I especially liked the results I got with the Botox and Juvederm injections. more

Do not waste your money!!! 3/11/2011

They will tell you what you want to hear so you will purchase a hair removal package. It was painful even though I used the Anesthetic cream ahead of time. A removal package requires a customer to purchase 6 session. Other places have better more effective lasers that don't hurt, and requires fewer visits that equals money saved. $1000 down the drain. more

Wonderful Experience 1/3/2011

My experience so far has been absolutely wonderful. I just finished having my 2cnd bikini laser hair removal done today. Initially going in to get this type of procedure done I was very nervous, and thought I would be totally embarressed. The tech was extremely professional and made me feel so comfortable. Approximately a week after my first treatment I started already seeing results. I would definately recommend Sona for laser lair removal. All the staff has been very friendly, and the office is very clean. more

EVERYTIME I CALL I GET AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE. I AM STARTING MY SECOND AREA FOR LASER HAIR REMOVAL AND MY HUSBAND IS DOING HIS FACE. HE HAS HAD AMAZING RESULTS. WE CONTINUE TO BE IMPRESSED WITH THEIR FACILITY, EMPLOYEES AND RESULTS. AS FAR AS "GET A CONSULTATION" THEY ASK YOU NUMEROUS QUESTIONS BEFORE SCHEDULING YOU. I HAVE HAD NO ISSUES AND THE WAY THEY CARE FOR EACH CLIENT IS TOP RATED. I CAN'T IMAGINE ANYONE HAVING ANYTHING NEGATIVE TO SAY ABOUT THEIR PRACTISE. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!!!!!!!!!!! more

Results went BEYOND expectations! Wonderful Staff! 2/3/2010

12/14/10 So I wrote a review back in February about my Hair Removal--which is still wonderful-- and now I wanted to write a reveiw about my Pixel Laser Skin Resurfacing package which I just completed. My skin is so amazing! I have never had skin like this before. I grew up with acne and have dark scars on my cheeks and skin and they are all but gone. The texture of my skin is like that of an 18 year old. Absolutely amazing. My downtime was not as bad as my consultant led me to believe-thank goodness-better to expect the worst and be pleasantly surprised! And the outcome has gone far and beyond my expectations! Thank you Sona for your wonderful support through my many questions and phone calls. You have all been absolutely wonderful! Do your research 5/15/2009

After hearing their commercials I decided to stop in for a consultation. They were very nice until I started asking specific questions. I've had laser hair removal before and have done my research. They didn't appreciate some of my questions, and just kept insisting that their services are the best. I agree that this is a factory for personal services, which is not what I want for my body. Surprisingly I had laser hair removal at a place that I thought was really the same company, based on the way they advertise (Monarch Medspa), but this company must be different. For laser hair removal, my suggestion is to go elsewhere, unless you're prepared to pay much more than you expect. They definitely mislead you as the ultimate cost of laser hair removal. If you do you research before going for the consultation, you'll completely understand. more

Room for improvement 1/18/2009

I kept hearing their ads on the radio and was intrigued. Their services are expensive for starters, and I didn't really get a good explanation about what to expect during my consultation. I felt like someone on a conveyor belt they were just trying to get to the next station. Shop around. more

Sona MedSpa is Awesome and Life Changing 10/24/2008

Since the first day I walked into sona everyone has been extremely helpful; They did not make me feel bad about the condition of my skin. (It was awful). I had been to a plastic surgeon about my skin and he made me feel so ugly I cried. At Sona they told me what to do about my skin and that there were treatments for me. I took the advice (treatment plan) recommended and am extremely happy with my results so far. I feel like they really care about me and my results.
