Since the first day I walked into sona everyone has been extremely helpful; They did not make me feel bad about the condition of my skin. (It was awful). I had been to a plastic surgeon about my skin and he made me feel so ugly I cried. At Sona they told me what to do about my skin and that there were treatments for me. I took the advice (treatment plan) recommended and am extremely happy with my results so far. I feel like they really care about me and my results. I am surprised by the amount of time they spend with me at each appointment. I can only say "wow"!
