When I came back to the area I was lucky enough to be able to get him as my primary care DR! he is a great DR- knowledgeable, kind, and goes the distance with you to help you any way he can. I have not found him to be arrogant- he is just very good at what he does! he takes aggressive action and that is exactly why I go to him. I don't need my hand held. I need a dr that cares about my health and gets results. as for his staff- they are the best I've ever dealt with! they always are pleasant and do their jobs very well!\r more

The doctor and medical assistant were excellent today. All questions answered- health plan introduced to improve weight loss & get blood values in normal range- MA called to see if she could get any blood test results today- since only had blood test drawn yesterday.\r more

This medical group is the worst ! I tried to make an appointment with Dr. Nervino they said he was no longer with them. I asked them where I could find him no answer !\r I had to call the hospital to find out. I did find him , he is the best Dr. I had & I'm 58yrs old ! \r Dr . Nervino is @ Peninsula Primary Care @ The Crossroads in Carmel . more

There are two reasons to avoid this practice: 1) 1) They see too many patients, scheduling backs up, and wait times are WAY TOO LONG. 2) When they incorrectly billed my insurance and I refused to pay them directly full list price for their billing mistake, I was sent to collections. Even after my doctor appealed to their VERY unpleasant billing staff to clear up my account, they refused to remove me from collections, even though they admitted the billing was incorrect because they claimed too much time had passed. Do yourself a favor and stay away from these people....money, not their patients, is their only concern. Brian Emkjer more
