Soltz's has always had quality products, and is a great little market. The staff is always friendly and ready to help. As for the Butcher's not knowing a ""flat iron steak"", it may be because it is known by about 6 different names. For the ""fresh"" Mozzarella, try looking in the refrigerator section, which, even in other butcher shops is usually where it is kept. I will continue to frequent Soltz's, as it is a fantastic little shop to get quality items for any occasion.
