I highly recommend AGAINST renting from Solara. Without our agreement, our home was changed within days of our trip. Although this is identified as a possibility, the differences in the home we originally rented and the one we received were too drastic. We were told that the new home was ""two steps above"" our previous home. Comparing photos, locations and statistics of each home, it was clear that was not true.\r

Communication with Solara from the start until the end had been nearly non-existent. Once our money was received, Solara was exceptionally delayed in returning e-mails and phone calls, if at all.\r

Among other disappointments, we did not have hot water for six days of our stay. Numerous communications went unanswered. This is unacceptable. We came to the property to spend Christmas with our family (grandparents, children, grandchildren), and the visit was marred due to Solara's poor quality homes and customer relations.
