Professional, polite & helpful contractor/installer. Gave us a bag of vents & drill bit needed so that my son was able to install the vents needed in my attic; allowed air circulation. The 2 fans installed are working so well, I can't believe the differance. If I'd known these fans would cool my house like this, I would not have installed the expensive AC. We have a solar attic fan (different brand) on the other portion of the attic, installed years ago, that does not remove much of the hot air. I'm really happy I was brave enough to give it another shot; these two newer fans really do the job. I'm letting all my neighbors & friends know, particuarly the one's with an old house like mine.
